Imperial College Healthcare Charity, the charity of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, has launched its latest round of general grants for 2014/15 and welcomes enquiries and applications from staff who work at the Trust.
This year the charity is looking to fund projects that can show they improve the patient experience and will have a direct impact on the health of the communities served by the Trust. The charity welcomes applications that can demonstrate how the proposed project fits with the theme of improving or delivering integrated care. For example, projects or initiatives that are based at the Trust but work with external organisations to improve the effectiveness, efficiency or accessibility of care services.
Starting this year, the general grants application process has been streamlined and is now completely online, making applications faster and reducing the amount of paperwork needed. Equally, eligible applicants can apply and submit at any time, between now and the deadline on Friday 10 October 2014.
General Grants are awarded to Trust staff asking for between £10,000 and £150,000 of funding for projects that last either 12 month or 18 months. The grants are not awarded for clinical or scientific research projects. For full details, visit the charity’s website
