Gastro-intestinal cancer (GI) cancer, is a term for the group of cancers affecting the digestive system such as the oesophageas, gall blader and liver. It is one of the most common forms of cancer today. Early detection of the disease is key to improving survival rate for patients. In the seminar, two leading experts talk about their research pioneering novel methods to detect and treat the disease.
